A deep assessment of present reality — not a declaration of permanent identity.
Most assessments hand you a label and expect it to fit for life. Axis ID asks a different question: what is influencing you right now? It identifies the primary and secondary sources of misalignment in your life and leadership, makes them visible, and gives you a roadmap toward healthy alignment.
How the model works
Drifted, Entangled, Fractured, Rigid — four forces that pull leaders out of alignment — and Aligned, the healthy integration of all four. Every statement in the assessment measures tension, not virtue.
Your highest tension is your primary point. When a second point scores close behind it, it becomes your amplifier — the force shaping how your primary tension expresses itself. Together they form your Axis ID: one of twenty-five profiles.
Sixty scored statements produce your numbers. A short set of written reflections gives the story behind them. When the two agree, confidence is high. When they don't, that gap is itself a finding.
Why it changes — and why that matters
Your personality is stable. Your tension is not. A promotion, a betrayal, a season of success, a slow drift into comfort — each one moves where you are stuck. Axis ID is built to be retaken, and the report tracks your movement over time.
That makes it useful in a way one-time assessments can't be: it is a leadership practice, not a personality souvenir. Answer according to what is presently true — not who you believe you should be, or who you have historically been.
