Axis Intelligence & Diagnostics, LLC ("Axis") collects the information you provide — your account details, profile, assessment responses, and conversations with Axis AI — to deliver the Axis service to you.

Your assessment responses and essay answers are treated as sensitive. They are encrypted in transit and at rest, are never sold, are never used to train third-party AI models, and are only visible to you and to Axis personnel who administer the service.

Sharing with anyone else — an employer, a coach, another member — happens only with your explicit consent, per share, and can be revoked.

You may export or delete your data at any time from your account settings or by contacting us.
