Axis Intelligence & Diagnostics was founded by Dr. Trevor Littleton, who spent two decades leading organizational turnarounds — in churches, businesses, and teams — and kept arriving at the same conclusion: there is no organizational turnaround until the leader has it together.

Axis ID grew out of that work: years of coaching, counseling, preaching, graduate research, and the patterns that repeat in every stuck leader's story. The framework was developed and refined through real engagements before it became an assessment.
