How It Works

From assessment to alignment.

  1. 01

    Create your profile

A few minutes of context — who you are, what you lead, what you want out of this. Axis AI uses it from day one, free.

  2. 02

    Take the assessment

Sixty scored statements across the five tension points, then a short set of written reflections. About thirty minutes total. Save and resume whenever you need to. Answer for who you are right now — not who you should be.

  3. 03

    Get your report

Your five scores on the Axis, your primary point and amplifier, your profile among the twenty-five, key strengths, primary tensions, and concrete coaching priorities for now and for the next six months. Professional enough to share; personal enough to sting a little.

  4. 04

    Work it with Axis AI

Every report includes Axis AI, an assistant grounded in the Axis framework and your actual results. Ask why you scored the way you did. Bring it a live decision. Push back on it. It answers from your file.

  5. 05

    Retake and track

Tension moves. Subscribers retake the assessment each quarter and watch their alignment trend over time — the point is not the label, it is the movement.

  6. 06

    Go deeper with a coach

When you want a human in the loop, certified Axis coaches work from your report through a five-stage process: Clouding, Confronting, Camping, Clarifying, Coaching.

This is Axis AI.

Every account includes Axis AI — an assistant built on the Axis framework. Before your assessment it knows your profile and goals; after it, it knows your scores, your Axis ID, and the story behind them. It doesn't hand out generic advice. It answers like a coach who has actually read your file — and it will ask you the question you've been avoiding.

Axis AIknows your report
My best project manager keeps missing deadlines and I keep quietly redoing his work. What should I do this week?

This isn’t a deadline problem yet — it’s a you problem, and I mean that kindly. Your profile is ER: with Entangled at 85, you experience his dropped balls as your failure, and Rigid at 73 is how you manage that anxiety — more oversight, more redoing. Every rescue teaches him the deadline is soft.

This week: one direct 20-minute conversation. Name what’s due and when, ask what’s actually in the way, then say the consequence once — and let it land. The hard part won’t be the talk. It’ll be Wednesday at 4pm when you want to step in “just this once.”

A real exchange pattern from a member with an ER profile — Entangled primary, Rigid amplifier.

Axis ID is a self-development and leadership tool. It is not therapy, medical or psychological care, or a clinical diagnosis, and Axis AI will point you to qualified help when a conversation calls for it.
